Abstract: | Abstract: The film of thickness 1.1mm was deposited at V = -550 mV. Structural and electronic properties of the semiconductor nanostructures are accessed. Strain and composition are evaluated by using high-resolution x-diffraction. Transition electron microscopy techniques for composition evaluation is applied. The XRD spectra for CdTe electrodeposited on stainless steel are measured. The optical absorption coefficient as a function of photon energy for a 0.95 μm thin Cd Te film originally deposited on stainless steel is evaluated. Direct allowed transition in a 0.23 μm thin CdTe film deposited initially on molybdenum at -580 mV is evaluated.Direct allowed quantum transition at 1. 51 eV are determined as well. |
Abstrakti: | Përmbledhja: Filmi i holle 1.1mm eshte depozituar nen rexhimin e tensionit prej -50mV. Jane percaktuar vetite strukturale dhe elektronike te nanostrukturave te ketij gjysempercuesi. Tensioni mekanik i nanostrukturave dhe kompozicioni eshte percaktuar me ane te difrakcionit te rrezeve te Rontgenit. Me ane te elektroskopit elektronik me rreze depertuese eshte bere percaktimi i kompozicionit ndertues.Duke zbatuar tekniken rentgeno-difraktuese XRD jane mate spektrat per CdTe te elektrodepozituar ne siperfqen e metalike(stainless steel).Jane percaktuar koeficientat e absorbimit optik ne funkcion te energjise fotonike per trashsine filmike te CdTe prej 0.95μm. Jane percaktuar tranzicionet direkte ne filmin e Cd Te me trashesi prej 0.23 μm, i cili fillimisht ishte depozituar ne molobden per nje vlere te tensionit prej -580 mV. Eshte percaktuar trazicioni kuantik direkt per vleren 1.51 eV. |
