| Abstract: | ABSTRACT This article included pharmacologicaly influence between non steroidal and steroidal antiinflammatory combination to treatment the arthritis in horses. We taken 10 horses in this study wich divided them in two groups with 5 heads for each groups. Group A (5 horses) treated with combination scheme with non steroidal and steroidal antiinflammatory dexametasone 2 ml/100kg body wight for 5 days recently and flugesic 1 ml/45 kg wight for 5 days recently to. Group B (5 horses) included as like as contol group trated only non steroidal inflammatory scheme with flugesic 1ml/45kg body wight for 5 days recently. We taken this results: the recovery for group A that used combination scheme were 80% with 25% recidives, but for group B recovered 45% with 100% recidives. The positive pharmacologicaly effects for combination scheme explationed with sinegicaly effects between non steroidal antiinflammatory and steroidal inflammatory drugs. |
| Abstrakti: | ABSTRAKT Studjuam efektet farmakologjike të kombinimit të antiinflamatorëve steroidalë me ata josteroidalë në mjekimin e artriteve të kuajve të EDE-s. Studjuam 10 kuaj me artrit kronik. Grupi A (5 kuaj) u trajtua me skemën e kombinuar të dexametasonit ( dozë 2ml/100 kg peshë, 5 ditë rresht) me flugesic (dozë 1ml/45 kg peshë, 5 ditë rresht). Grupi B (5 kuaj) shërbeu si grup kontrolli dhe u trajtua me antiinflamatorin josteroidal flugesic, me dozë 1ml/45 kg peshë, për 5 ditë rresht. Rezultoi se në grupin A përqindja e shërimit ishte 80%, me 25% recidiva, ndërsa për grupin B ishte 50%, me 100% recidiva. Sinergjizmi që i bën dexametasoni medikamentit flugesic, te kuajt e grupit A përmirësoi shkallën e çalimit, motorikën e muskujve, si dhe eliminimi e shenjave inflamative në tërësi dhe nivelit të temperaturës në veçanti. Rritja e efikasitetit terapeutik në artritet kronike të kuajve i atribuohet kombinimit të antiinflamatorëve josteroidalë me ata steroidalë (flugesic+dexametason). |
