| Abstract: | The current study refers to a relatively simple and fast method to prepare radiopharmaceutical 90Y-citrate. We have improved and modified previosly published procedure converting into chloride form 90YCl3-solution, used for preparing of injectable 90Y-citrate and labeling of some other radiopharmaceuticals. Quality control of 90Y-citrate solution is performed. It is checked radiochemical purity, chemical purity, 90Sr breakthrough and extraction yield. The Instant Thin Layer Chromatography (ITLC) method in ITLC-SG / 0.1 M TRIS System it is applied to check radiochemical purity. Chemical purity is check by using of Hnatovich method, while 90Sr breakthrough and extraction yield using Liquid Scintilation Method. This radiopharmaceutical fulfils all requirements for radiopharmaceuticals in general |
| Abstrakti: | Ky studim i referohet nje metode relativisht te thjeshte dhe te shpejte per te pergatitur radiofarmaceutikatin 90Y-citrat. Kemi permiresuar dhe modifikuar proceduren e publikuar me pare duke konvertuar solucionin e ekstraktuar ne forme klorure (90Y-Cl3), i perdorur per pergatitjen e solucionit injektabel 90Y-citrate dhe shenimin e disa radiofarmaceutikateve te tjere. Eshte realizuar kontrolli i kualitetit te solucionit 90Y-citrate. Eshte kontrolluar pastertia radiokimike, pastertia kimike, rrjedhja e 90Sr dhe rendimenti i ekstraktimit. Per te kontrolluar pastertine radiokimike eshte zbatuar metoda ITLC ne sistemin ITLC-SG / 0.1 M TRIS. Pastertia kimike eshte kontrolluar duke perdorur metoden Hnatovich, ndersa rrjedhja e 90Sr dhe rendimenti i ekstraktimit duke perdorur metoden e Shintilatoreve te Lenget. Rezultatet treguan se ky radiofarmaceutikat ploteson te gjitha kerkesat per perdorim si radiofarmaceutikat. |
