| Abstract: | Recent years have seen rapid developments in the OPEE (Organic Phase Enzyme Electrodes) biosensor fields. One enzymatic biosensor that proved particularly versatile is based on tyrosinase; we have developed one model of it that operates in aqueous solutions and one that operates in organic solvents [1, 2].This biosensor, composed of an oxygen amperometric transducer coupled to the tyrosinase enzyme, immobilized in kappa-carrageenan gel. Recent research performed in our laboratory [3, 4] suggested the validity of the biosensor OPEEs Since also several triazine pesticides such as atrazine are much more soluble in organic solvents, e.g. ether, methanol and chloroform, than in water, the present research was aimed at analyzing this class of pesticides by a tyrosinase OPEE operating in a chloroform medium. The principal characteristics are: simple, practical and quickly. In the future we applicability this method in the concret condition of Albanian. |
| Abstrakti: | Ne vitet e fundit jane vene re zhvillime te shpejta ne OPEE (organik fase enzime elektrode) Nje biosensor enzimatik i tille eshte ai qe bazohet mbi tirosinazen. Ne kemi ndertuar nje model biosensori qe funksionon qofte ne soluzion ujor apo edhe ne solvent organic [1, 2]. Ai perbehet nga nje trasduktor amperometrik i oksigjenit ne te cilin vihet enzima e tirosinazes ku immobilizohet kappa-karraginin xhel. Jane realizuar aplikime ne produkte ushqimore dhe ne fushen e ambientit. Ne menyre te vecante jane perdorur pesticide triazinike si dhe inibimi i tyre nga enzima tirosinase. Kerkimet e fundit ne laboratorin [3, 4] tone kane treguar vleren e ketyre metodave, thjeshtesine ne ndertim dhe shpejtesine e analize. Per kete qellim po punohet qe ne te ardhmen, metoda te tilla te aplikohen ne kushtet konkrete te Shqiperise. |
