| Abstract: | The scientific research as well as the outcomes of the work experience acquired so far is supporting the development of safety technique as a multidisciplinary science, which covers exploration and determination of complex activities toward development of technological process in the opening up of the Sibovc Southwest Mine. This paper treats the risk factors that affect on the personnel safety as an integral part of the rational development in the technological process of the existing mines as well as in the opening up of the new mine, which is the objective of this paper. The data presented (2004-2009) are related to the impact of factors and the risk assessment (identification of possibilities, control, measures, etc). Their impact as a concept in the opening up and the development of the mine are the realistic ranges in the opening up strategy for the Southwest Mine. |
| Abstrakti: | Bazuar në hulumtimet kërkimore shkencore dhe të arriturat e përvojës së gjertanishme në minierat ekzistuese të qymyrit në Kosovë, mbështesin zhvillimin e teknikës së sigurisë si shkencë multidisciplinare e cila në fushën e saj mbulon hulumtimin dhe përcaktimin e aktiviteteve komplekse në drejtim të zhvillimit të procesit teknologjik në hapjen dhe zhvillimin e minierës së re J. P. - Siboc. Në këtë punim janë shtruar faktorët e rrezikshmërisë që ndikojnë në sigurinë e personelit si pjesë e pa ndarë e zhvillimit racional në procesin teknologjik të minierave ekzistuese si dhe hapjes te minierës së Re që është qëllimi i këtij punimi. Të dhënat e paraqitura( 2005-2009), mbi ndikimin e faktorëve dhe vlerësimin e rrezikshmërisë (identifikimi i mundësive , kontrolli , masat etj) Ndikimi i tyre si koncept në procesin e hapjes dhe shtrirjes së minierës janë madhësi reale në strategjinë e hapjes të minierës J . P. |
