| Abstract: | The spent brewers yeast represent a significant amount of valuable product. A survey of some important constituents of brewers yeast is given in the paper. Experiences from laboratory and industrial scale trials, concerning the recycling of spent yeast to the mashing process, are presented. The yeast should be added at the quantity of 1-2 liters of thick suspensions per hectoliter of wort, in the quantity it appears as a waste product. The result of yeast recycling process sis production of 1% beer more, out of the same amount of raw materials without any significant influence on brewing process and final beer characteristics, as well as adequate reduction of brewery waste waters. |
| Abstrakti: | Përmbledhja Majaja hedhurin në birrari paraqet një vlerë me rendësi te këtij produkti. Është dhenë një pasqyrë e shkurtë e vlerave të rëndësishme te majasë së birrës. Janë dhenë disa mënyra te shfrytëzimit te majasë hedhurin, dhe më gjerësisht është dhenë mënyra e shfrytëzimit të majasë hedhurinë, me anë të kthimit të tij në fazën e bërsisë së tretësirës së ëmbël. Majaja duhet te epet në sasi prej 1 deri në 2 litra maja te ngjeshur ne hektolitër tretësirë të ëmbël, gjegjësisht ne atë sasi që lajmërohet si hedhurinë. Rezultat i kësaj dhenje te majasë është përfitimi i rreth 1% me shumë birrë se me përbërësit e rregullt te prodhimit te birrës, pa ndonjë ndikim ne proces te prodhimit të birrës, dhe ne karakteristikat e birrës së gatshme, dhe me zvogëlim te sasisë së ndotjes së ujërave hedhurinë në birrari. |
