| Abstract: | Repair of consumed and broken details is a delicate and complicate process. It is done mainly to shorten the time for the damaged details to return in their working process. In most of the cases repair is done by welding or other similar methods. Repaired details not only that are pretty safe but they have also solid durability and sustainability, some times more than original details itself. With this method is possible to be repaired all the details that are to be demount after damage and mount after repair. Details that mostly are exposed consumption or are damaged are: shafts, axes, bearings, tumblers, teeth of gears etc. Reparation method chosen is depending from dimensions the detail has, function it performs and other factors. |
| Abstrakti: | Riparimi i detaleve të konsumuara dhe të thyera është proces mjaft delikat dhe i ndërlikuar. Bëhet në raste emergjente dhe për ta shkurtuar afatin e kthyerjes në funksion të detaleve të dëmtuara gjatë punës ose për shkak të vjetërsimit të tyre. Riparimi në të shumtën e rasteve bëhet me saldim dhe procese të ngjashme me të. Detalet e riparuara me saldim jo vetëm që janë të sigurta por kanë qëndrueshmëri më të lartë dhe jetshmëri shpesh më të gjatë se sa vet detalet origjinale. Me këtë metodë ka mundësi të riparohen të gjitha detalet që mund të çmontohen pas dëmtimit dhe montohen pas riparimit. Dëmtimet më të shpeshta të detaleve për shkak të kushteve të eksploatimit dhe faktorëve ndikues: fërkimit, ngarkesave dhe momenteve janë: konsumimi i sipërfaqeve, përdredhjet, thyerjet, plasaritjet, çarjet dhe këputjet. |
