| Title: | CRAKS PROBLEM IN THE METALIC STEEL STRUCTURE AND THE FINITE ELEMENT PROGRAM USED IN THEIR CALCULATION |

| Abstract: | The aim of this paper is to show the identification of the cracks in hot deep galvanized steel structure and to give the solution for their repair. Also are described the nondestructive test used in order to control and determinate the several structure defects comes from the processes of the fabrication, welding and galvanization. Also is given a root cause analyses in order to detect the problems that give as a result the cracks in the column and the corrective action used in order to reinstate the physical and mechanical features of the column. In order to check this constructive solution analytic methods and also finite element programs are used. For the finite element calculation the Straus 7 soft is used based on Euro cod 3. In order to verify the mechanical features of the row material destructive test are used and also crystallographic survey for the structure feature. |
| Abstrakti: | Qëllimi i këtij punimi është paraqitja e mënyrës së identifikimit të çarjeve në strukturat metalike të galvanizuara (me zink) në të nxehtë dhe zgjidhjet konstruktive për riparimin e tyre. Gjithashtu përshkruhen dhe metodat joshkatërruese që përdoren për kontrollin e këtyre kollonave për gjetjen e defekteve të ndryshme strukturore të lindura gjatë proçesit të prodhimit, saldimit ose galvanizimit tyre. Në këtë punim tregohet metodologjia e gjetjes së shkaqeve që kanë shpënë në çarjen e kollonës si dhe zgjidhjet konstruktive e aksionet korrigjuese të përdorura për rivendosjen e karakteristikave fiziko/mekanike të kollonës. Për të kontrolluar këtë zgjidhje konstruktive u përdorën metodat analitike dhe ato me elementë të fundëm të llogaritjes së kollonës së riparuar. Për llogaritjen me elemente të fundëm u përdor programi Straus 7 bazuar në Eurocodin 3. Për verifikimin e karakteristikave mekanike të materialit të kollonave u bënë testet shkatërruese si edhe vrojtimet kristalografike për përcaktimin e strukturës. |
