| Title: | THE CONTRADICTING STATES SOLUTION OF DETERMINED ASYNCHRONOUS SEQUENTIAL MACHINES BY THE MATRIX METHOD |

| Abstract: | In this paper is given a solution to a problem of appearance of contradicts states through matrix method for determining automates, which eliminates the possible continuity disorder. Through the method for the synthesis of asynchronous sequential machines, the technological process in the machining processes will be developed in a straight and accurate way. To show the solution of contradicting states in determining sequential asynchronous automates, we gave solution of a technological process of drilling two coaxial holes in drilling machine. The above example is done in pneumatic system, electro-pneumatic system with the PLC elements, in FESTO FLUIDSIM software. Characteristic of this system is the process of using four switches, sensor of the two actuators, which indirectly with additional memory elements drive the technological process of drilling process. |
| Abstrakti: | Në këtë punim është dhënë zgjidhja e problemit të paraqitjes së gjendjeve kontradiktore me metodën matriciale te automatet determinuese, me të cilën eliminohen çrregullimet e mundshme të kontinuitetit. Me anë të kësaj metode për sintezën e automateve sekuenciale asinkrone, procesi teknologjik në makinat metalprerëse do të zhvillohet në mënyrë të drejtë dhe të saktë. Për të treguar zgjidhjen e gjendjeve kontradiktore të automateve sekuenciale asinkrone determinuese, është dhënë zgjidhja e një procesi teknologjik të shpimit të detalit në dy vrima koaksiale në makinë shpuese. Për shembullin e cekur është bërë zgjidhja e sistemit të pastër pneumatike, elektro-pneumatik me elementin PLC, realizimi i të cilave është bërë në FESTO FLUIDSIM. Karakteristikë e këtij sistemi është realizimi i procesi përmes katër ndërprerësve fundor -sensorëve të të dy aktuatorëve, të cilët në mënyrë indirekte me elementet memorike plotësuese e dirigjojnë procesin teknologjik të shpimit të detalit punues. |
