| Abstract: | The aim of this proceedings is to illuminate some theoretical ideas which an explicit way have been applied during our practical work, problems that we encounter repeatedly that creates disagreement and difficulties. We will put in highlights some new methods that are considerably disputable,then difficulties that we encounter during the reading,study of a language in distance and in the institutional learning way.Having identified the conscience problem of phoneme, orthography, vocabulary, writing and fluent expression of foreign language, always proceeding from the cultural context,social,psychological, educational, and the age that candidates have to learn. We will unfold the problems and supremacy that has native language as the basic language, in our case the Albanian language to learn a foreign language. | Abstrakti: | Qëllimi i këtij punimi është t'i shtjelloj disa ide teorike të cilat në mënyrë eksplicite aplikohen gjatë punës tonë praktike, probleme që i hasim vazhdimisht dhe që krijojnë mospajtime dhe vështirësi. Do t'i vëmë në pah disa nga metodat më të reja, që janë mjaft të diskutueshme, pastaj vështërsitë që i hasim gjatë leximit, studimit, të një gjuhe në distancë dhe të mësuarit në mënyrë institucionale. Duke i identifikuar problemet e koshiencës së fonemave, të orthografisë, vokabularit, shkrimit si dhe të shprehurit të rrjedhëshëm në një gjuhë të huaj, gjithnjë duke u nisur nga konteksti kulturor, social, psikologjikë, arsimor, si edhe i moshës që e kanë të interesuarit për të mësuar. Do t'i shpalosim problemet dhe supremacinë që ka gjuha amtare si gjuhë bazë, në rastin tonë gjuha shqipe për të mësuar një gjuhë të huaj. (...) |
