| Abstract: | Summary The explanation of constituent elements of the paragraph is of great importance for the text studies since it belongs to one of the most problematic cases of recent discourse and pragmatic analyses. The paper will concentrate on explaining the most relevant elements of that category: text form, text type, text structure, and expression of text thematic coherence. Within the grammatical cohesion, the paper will focus on language text reference and other cohesive elements, whereas verb tenses will be analysed from the perspective of point of view category of text analysis. The paragraph has been taken in purpose from a literary work translated from English into Albanian in order to identify translation problems that come out on the level of higher syntactic units other than a sentence. |
| Abstrakti: | Përmbledhje: Shpjegimi i elementeve përbërëse të një paragrafi është me shumë rëndësi për studimet e tekstit meqë paraqet një nga problemet kryesore të analizave të diskursit dhe atyre pragmatike të kohëve të fundit. Gjatë analizës sonë do t'i shqyrtojmë vetëm ato elemente që janë me rëndësi për punimin në fjalë: forma e tekstit, tipat e tekstit (strukturimi i tekstit) dhe mënyra e shprehjes së koherencës tekstore tematike. Në kuadër të kohezionit gramatikor do të ndalemi te referenca gjuhësore brenda tekstit dhe te elementet e tjera kohezive, ndërkaq nga aspekti i këndvështrimit do t'i vështrojmë kohët e foljeve në tekst. Paragrafi është nxjerrë qëllimisht nga një vepër letrare në prozë e përkthyer nga anglishtja në shqip, me qëllim të identifikimit të problemeve që dalin gjatë përkthimit nga gjuhët e tjera në shqip, veçanërisht në rrafsh të një njësie hierarkike më të lartë se fjalia dhe periudha. |
