| Abstract: | This paper presents and analyses several topics and issues regarding the elements of organization in terms of current public-administration concepts. The success of an organization depends on the organizational culture. Culture represents the values of a community involved in the organization and helps its members to understand what does the organization represents, At first glance culture appears as a notion that perhaps could be called as amorphous one, but when it is viewed closer it challenges the ways one uses to measure or monitor the organization's objectives and activities. In brief, it can be defined as the philosophy, values, sentiments and norms on which organizations functions. From the course content it is exactly the culture of the organization that holds it together. The obligation of everyone to respect the norms of organizational culture within the work environments is considered as part of all obligations related to employment obligations |
| Abstrakti: | Në këtë punim bëhen përpjekje për të paraqitur dhe diskutuar disa probleme dhe shqetësime të elementëve të kulturës së organizatës duke e konsideruar këtë të fundit -administratë publike. Suksesi i një organizate është i ndërvarur edhe nga kultura organizative. Kultura përfaqëson bashkësinë e vlerave të një organizate që i ndihmon antarët e saj të kuptojnë se çfarë përfaqëson organizata, si i bën punët dhe çfarë konsideron të rëndësishme ajo. Në pamje të parë kultura paraqitet si një nocion që ndofta mund të quhet edhe amorf, por që sfidon matjen ose vëzhgimin objektiv të veprimtarisë. Ajo mund të përcaktohet si filozofi, vlera, qëndrime dhe norma të organizatës. Nga vetë përmbajtja kuptohet që është pikërisht kultura e organizatës që e mban atë të bashkuar. Detyrimi për të respektuar normat e kulturës organizative në punën e gjithësecilit përfshin gjithë shumën e detyrimeve që rrjedhin nga marrëdhëniet e punës. |
