Abstract: The spoken of Karadaku - Shkup is on field in the north of Macedonia. The divvy of this field is in the boundary of Macedonia with Kosova. In this studies we'll attend the specialty of phonetic and phonology at the spoken of Karadak - Shkup. In the following we will study for vowel and consonant in the concept of phonology and their length of nasalize. The wantage of the vowel /ë/ and the phonetic occurrence are the diphthong of vowels, the palatal [g] into the [gj], the before pronunciation of [q, gj]; the conversion of vowel and consonant; the labial of the vowels [a] into [o]; the simulation groups of vowel and consonant and the falling or raise etc. The end of this study we have decided for the place of that spoken and the structure of the Albanian dialects.

Abstrakti: Karadaku i Shkupit shtrihet në zonën veriore të Maqedonisë. Pjesa skajore e këtij regjioni shtrihet përgjatë kufirit të Maqedonisë me Kosovën. Ai përfaqëson një tërësi gjeografike, etnografike dhe gjuhësore. Në këtë kumtesë do të trajtojmë përmbledhtas veçoritë fonetike e fonologjike të të folmes në fjalë. Do të shqyrtojmë inventarin e fonemave zanore e bashkëtingëllore, vlerën fonologjike të gjatësisë dhe të hundorësisë së zanoreve, mungesën e fonemës /ë/, dukuritë fonetike, siç janë diftongimi i zanoreve, qiellzorizimi i [g]-së në [gj], shqiptimi më i përparmë i mesgjuhoreve [q, gj]; shndërrime zanoresh e bashkëtingëlloresh, buzorëzimin e zanores [a] në [o], përngjashmimin e grupeve të zanoreve e të bashkëtingëlloreve, rënien dhe shtimin e tingujve etj. dhe në fund kemi përcaktuar vendin e kësaj të folmeje në strukturën dialektore të shqipes.
