| Abstract: | The Albanian people over the course of history have suffered reductions and partitions of their geographic and demographic area and extension. Genocidal forms against the Albanian population were an accompanying phenomenon of the Greek and Serbian rulers which was seen in the forms of an ethnocide towards the increase of this population which reflected a dosage of worry, being afraid of it demographic expansion in the Balkans. Efforts for the protection of Albanians in Yugoslavia and Greece and the attitude of the Albanian government towards this issue has had specific characteristics and problems in different periods of the historic development.. It has also been subject to the political situations which have been active especially during the period between 1918-1941. |
| Abstrakti: | Populli shqiptar, gjatë rrugës historike pati reduktime e copëtime të hapësirës dhe shtrirjes së saj gjeografike e demografike, që u përcollën me pasoja të rënda. Format gjenocidiale ndaj popullsisë shqiptare ishin dukuri përcjellëse të pushtetmbajtësve serbe dhe grekë, që vërehej si një formë etnocidi ndaj vetë shtimit të kësaj popullsisë, i cili përcillej me një dozë shqetësimi, duke pasur gjithnjë frikë për ekspansionin demografik në Ballkan. Përpjekjet për mbrojtjen e shqiptarëve në Jugosllavi dhe Greqi, si dhe qëndrimet e shtetit shqiptar ndaj këtij problemi, kanë pasur veçori dhe probleme specifike në periudha të ndryshme të zhvillimit historik. Ato janë diktuar edhe nga koniunkturat politike që kanë qenë vepruese në atë kohë. |
