| Title: | APPLICATION ON LOGISTIC REGRESSION FOR ESTIMATION OF PRACTICE TEACHING |

| Abstract: | This paper has used the logistic regression to form a mathematical model to consider the success/failure in mathematics, as a function of measured variables. The article has used the found models ( three equations of logistic regression ) to measure the odds ratios of the results based on the explanatory variables, where confidence intervals are shown. The data were collected from a questionnaire during November-December 2009, in SEEU and SUT in Tetova. They are related with the following three activities of teaching development: beginning of the lesson, course development and homework check up. For this purpose, three models of logistic regression are formed to describe each of the phases. In total 22 variables are considered and divided into three groups. The variable "answer" represents the retention. The obtained results identify a relationship between the teaching practices in the class and the success/failure in mathematics. MedCalc software has been used for data mining. |
| Abstrakti: | Abstrakt Në këtë punim, duke përdorur regresin logjistik, ndërtohet një model matematik që konsideron sukses/mossuksesin në lëndën e matematikës, si një funksion i ndryshoreve të matura. Në artikull nëpërmjet modeleve të gjetura (tre ekuacione të regresit logjistik), llogariten log-et e shanseve të rezultatit mbi bazën e ndryshoreve shpjeguese, tregohen intervalet e besimit. Të dhënat u mblodhën nëpërmjet një pyetësori në periudhën nëntor-dhjetor 2009, në Universitetin e EJL-së dhe USHT-së në Tetovë; Ato lidhen me tri aktivitete të zhvillimit të mësimit: fillimi i orës, vazhdimi dhe detyrat e kontrollet. Mbi të tri këto aspekte jane ndërtuar tri modele të regresit logjistik që përshkruajnë secilën nga fazat. Në total konsiderohen 22 ndryshore të ndara në tre grupe. Ndryshorja 'përgjigje' është kalueshmëria. Rezultatet identifikojnë marrëdhëniet ndërmjet praktikave të mësimdhënies në klasë dhe të suksesit/mossuksesit në lendën e matematikës. Për përpunimin e të dhënave është përdorur software MedCalc. |
